T-bird and kt133 questions

Ok, what is the sweet spot for t-birds as far as o/cing, i know the durons can't really do a ghz but 600 run at @900-950, what's that good buy for a tbird? And my other question is on the kt133 boards, if i have one stick of pc133 and another of pc100 can i set their speeds individually or do i have to either run it at 100 mhz or lose the pc100? thanks
