T-Bird 800 @ 978

This kinda sux... I can only get my Blue Core T-Bird 800 to 978.

Using Asus A7V BIOS 1005C @ 1.85V
FSB 103 & Mult. @ 9.5
256MB RAM @ 136 2-2-2

I tried :

100 x 10 = 1G -> lock up Win2k or Blue Screen
105 x 9.5 = 997 -> lock up Win2k or Blue Screen
105 x 9 = 945 -> Work

The hightest FSB setting is 107, RAM@140 cas2
