system32 questionable files.

Can someone check their windows/system32 folder for a file called shellmon32.exe and Sa.exe. Also in your registry under HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run is their an entry for this shellmon32.exe if you have it in your system32 directory?
