system32 folder popup in XP

Every time I boot up my computer the system32 folder comes up as though it were in the startup menu. It's not. Any ideas as to what this is? I'm running AV and not finding anything. Help!
 
correction. i found "win32/beovens!generic" , cleaned it and am still having issues

I also ran through the registry manually hkey_local_machine_\software\Microsoft\windows\current_version\run
and
hkey_current_user\software\Microsoft\windows\current_version\run

and looked for inconsistencies. I did find a key from a deleted Mcafee program, deleted it
and i found a malware key which i removed with e-trust pest patrol

the thing is still there!! I can't shake it!!
