System won't power up after moving to a different case

It was running perfect until now... AMD 939 3800 x2 on a Soltek K8Tpro. (I love this board) It was using an Enlight 420W PS and after I moved everything, I don't even get an led lighting up on the board. So I tried an older 300W Enlight PS and got the same thing. So I had one more old PS on the shelf, a 300W Antec and it tries- it will light the led and try to spin up the cpu fan for a second and then it beeps and quits. Then it does the same thing over and over again but never gets past that. It almost seems like the board is overloading the PS and it shuts down and then tries again and again. This is all before you even try the power button, so it is not trying to boot. Any ideas? I doubt that all 3 PS are bad, in fact the 420 was working fine in it right until I took the system apart to move everything. Possibly a dead MB?

check - all case wires to RESET, power on, etc those are the culprits for me...
 
Check wiring, it it's still a no go pull everything out onto the anti-static mat boards come in and try to just boot w/ memory, cpu & video inserted. I usually keep an old cases' momentary power switch laying around for occasions like this although in a pinch you can short the 2 jumpers for power with an insulated screw driver but make sure you short the correct pair. If you short the wrong pair you could end up definitely needing a new board or malfunctioning leds/buttons
 
I tried it out of the case and there is no difference. I guess I really do need to take one of those PS and use it in a system that I know works, but I find it hard to believe that all 3 are bad. I also noticed that when I plug the PS cord in the back, there is a barely perceptible dimming of the overhead light in the room- as if there is a large momentary current draw. I think the MB might be dead...
 
Update... I tried the original PS in another computer and it works fine, so my conclusion is that the board is dead. Everything looks good- no leaking or bulging caps, no obvious burn marks, etc. Oh well.
Instead of trying to find another 939 board, I think I will just sell off the processor, video card and memory. 939 boards are getting very hard to find and this system is getting pretty old.
 
I've done the same thing before. You must have used my computer maintenance method - have 3 beers then "fix" something. That never seems to go as well as the morning/day sessions without the beer. Hmmmmm.
 
The sad part is that there was no beer involvement and no reason at all to think that anything would be wrong. Just a straight swap with no issues. Maybe the board was on the edge of dying and I just pushed it over, lol.
