system wont power off

I have installed winxp on an older system. Now when I shut it down, it will go to the shut down screen, but it wont power down. Any one have an idea what setting I have wrong? I ran into this problem about a year and a half ago and someone here knew, but I cant remember what is was? All help and ideas will be greatly appreciated.
 
it says standard pc. How do I enable the acpi?

I found it. Thanks alot, something that easy sure can be a pain. I would have never found it without your help. Once again, thank you.
