System won't POST! Continuous beeps...

I was defragging my HDD last night and left it running overnight. This morning when I got up it was emitting long beeps continuously. I rebooted it and it doesn't boot or display anything on the screen. I have reseated all the cards, but it still won't boot. It's got the AWARD BIOS if anyone knows what the long continuous beeps mean.
