System wont post anymore

My sis's computer (900 Tbird, Asus A7V, GF 2GTS, 768mb SDRAM 133 crucial ram) wont post anymore. This was after she said the power shut off when her comp was on. I'm guessing the shock killed a component? The system starts up, fans run and everything, but no signal is sent to the monitor. There are no error sounds from the mobo either. I tried the vid card in my comp and it works. I'm guessing it's the agp slot thats screwed up or the power supply?

Hmm. Any easy way to test which component is screwed? Or do these symptoms look familiar to anyone?

Well the optical mouse doesn't light up and the keyboard doesnt work because the leds dont light up when I hit caps lock etc. So it just might very well be the mobo
