System will not POST with ATI TV tuners installed?!

I have the Gigabyte GA-K8N Ultra 9 motherboard in my HTPC. I just put it together and installed my Sapphire Theatrix TV Tuner cards, which are based on the ATI Theatertek 550 PRO chipset.

I have 3 TV tuners at my house that I have played with:
2 x Sappire Tuners (exact same)
1 x Nvidia NVTV tuner

I have tried every combination of the Sappire/ATI tuner in my system and it refuses to POST when either (or both) of them are installed.

If i put in the Nvidia tuner, system POSTs fine. WTF?

I want to use the Sappire tuners because they are way higher quality because they have an on-board 3D comb filter.

Any ideas?

There's a possibility that your tv cards just aren't compatible with the motherboard. I had something similar happen to me with an EPOX mb, and a perfectly fine working sound card; no matter what was attempted, it just wouldn't post, period. I'd try calling Gigabyte's support, and asking them if they have any suggestions.

Try a different PCI slot.

I've tried that already, no luck

This would REALLY suck. I have already sent an email off to Gigabyte customer service, so we'll see what they have to say.
