I would configure an equally equipped system at a good online vendor, then take a percentage of the total based on how used the parts are. Probably 70% is reasonable.
 
I don't recommend you sell it.
Since you have used it, it's used, as Bovinicus said, you can sell them only about 70% of their price, I won't do that.
Of course, if he willing to pay 90% of the total component price, that's another story. 🙂
 
ya, I'm not really wanting to get rid of it, just thought if I could get rid of it at a good price building another one with newer specs wouldn't be too hard! Thanks for all the replies.
