The system runs perfectly fine for the most part. But for example, if I play a 3 minute long song, its audibly stretched out, and takes close to 6mins. Using a DOS wait command takes twice as long as well. But the system runs fine besides that, and has very few errors. This is the wierdest thing I have ever seen, and I have no idea whats going on.
Off the top of my head, the system is something like:

ECS K7S5A ( I don't wanna hear it, please =p )
256 DDR
40gb HD
everything onboard
Windows reports all the hardware working fine.
Any one have an inkling of an idea?
