System time keeps speeding up

For some reason, my system time keeps going ahead of the actual time. If I set it to the correct time using WinXP's time sync, it'll go 20 minutes fast within 2 hours.

Using an 8RDA+ and a 2400+ chip... at stocks speeds. I did have it at 200FSB before but my system kept rebooting at random intervals..
