What is your CPU temperature and system temperature? At what temperatures to start getting concerned?

Depends on type of processor and mb.

For a p3, with internal diode readings, max rated core of 70-80C.

For an amd socket-a chip, dependign on mb and bios, anywhere from 60-65C max read temp to as low as a 50C max read temp.
