Do you use tools for ongoing monitoring of things like temperature? I can look at HWMonitor and such while I'm tweaking until I get something I think is stable, but I'd like something running that'll alert me proactively if my temps whack out a couple months from now.

One option I see is Nagios, but that looks pretty heavy duty. It is open source and has a windows version...

edit: Disk Alarm maybe...
