System taking VERY long time to beep..

Before this my pc everything worked perfectly and my system took a short time to boot and "beep" noise and showing me the "welcome" logo of my mobo.

But today i got something weird
"everything worked perfectly except... my system took a very long time to boot BEFORE the single "beep" noise and showing me the "welcome" logo of my mobo."

What happen to my pc? I really don't know..
 
Probably a bad connection. Reseat all your cards in their slots (especially video and memory). Check and reseat all connectors including power to the MB and ones to the HDDs.
