SYSTEM taking 25% of dual 933's?

In last 24 hours, the SYSTEM service has been really bogging my box down. I've checked for rogue programs, run virus and spyware programs, etc. Really killing my crunching ability. Thoughts?
 
Revisited CMOS, detached unneeded items, like scanner, after removing driver. Removed numerous other drivers to be redetected. Win2K System still hogging.
