System showing only 2.75 gb of RAM when I have 4.0 total...

Hi guys, recently I upgraded my system, and I'm having the problem shown in the title. It was 3.00 gb before I put in my X1900 XTX(had just the crossfire x1900 in there before). Is this normal? I didn't think the system used that much RAM for the PCI-e. Any help will be much appreciated.
 
Yes, perfectly normal in a 32bit environment. Do a search, this topic has come up multiple times.
