I'm digging it so far, and for what it's worth I'm glad it actually got released. This thing sat in my wishlist on Steam for YEARS--and I wasn't sure it'd actually make it out. The gameplay is very retro, as are the maps and AI, but that's why you play something like this imo.
It's a nice change of pace to play something that adheres to an older formula and when PC gaming wasn't as big a headache. Nowadays, you pay a premium for both the hardware, and the game, and the game itself is most likely broken on day 1, has pay walls, and the writing was done in an afternoon by a team of exhausted UX designers that work 50+ hrs per week.
