I have a computer that is freezing up a lot. When I say freezing up I mean it usually still has the ability to manuever the mouse but you can't click on anything. It has come up with the message System Resources Low and offers to shut down some programs to help fix the problem. However the programs that it offers to shut down are not running in the first place. I usually have to end up shutting it down because it goes into the Blue Screen of Death and won't come out. Once it reboots it is fine. Could this be a problem with Ram? Please post any suggestions. Thanks
The System is running on Windows 98 with 128mb of SDRAM. Not sure of what type of Processor at this time.
