System requirements for this video card?

I cant seem to find the official system requirements for this card.

Asus 9600GSO 384 MB


Mainly I want to know the official power supply requirements.

Can I just not seem to find them or does Asus not list the power requirements for there cards?


If someone could please help me find the official power supply requirements for this card that would be awesome.

depends on the rest of your system. if you have decent little dual core and only a dvd and hd then any quality 400 watt psu would be way more than enough. you could get by with even less watts but most psus under 400 watts are low quality and sometimes overrated so its usually not good for the long term.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Just curious, what does Asus or Nvidia list the system requirements for this card?

I cant seem to find it on there website.

The rest of the system is lower end and only hd and dvd, not very much at all.

But I am wondering, what does Asus or Nvidia say about this card?

Or do they not list every card or?

well if the system is really low end as in old single core and very little memory then a graphics card is not going to make up for that. anyway I believe the average psu requirement for a 9600 384mb is around 400watts. different companies can put different requirements on the box even if the product is identical to another companies. for example I have seen 8600gt boxes that said anything from 350-450 watts.
