System Rebooting in Windows...Whats the problem?

Ok so here's the problem, my system randomely reboots in windows once in a while. Specs are in sig, everything is stable, it never crashes when I play games (hl2,doom3,farcry,WoW,Deus Ex 2,etc) but it will sometimes reboot when I am surfing around the net in windows or watching a movie on media player, etc, what can be the problem? Any suggestions? I run prime 95 and the system is stable, games never crash.

What slot is the sound card in, out of curiosity? PCI slot 3 looks like the one with the least chipset IRQ sharing, judging by the Asus manual.

Also, what memory voltage are you using?

The soundcard is in the slot next to the 2nd pci-e x16 SLI slot. My memory voltage is set to auto in the bios. Bios version is 1004, you think it could be the soundcard and lack of voltage? But then why the problem only in windows and not in games?
