Has anyone else experienced this problem....in Windows 2000
The PC was working fine and then explorer closes and I can't get into control panel, my computer, or even get to properties of anything on the desktop....I did manage to RUN explorer and checked the permissions on the C drive and found SYSTEM was no longer there! I readded System and its fine now. ???
