Thanks to all the replies that I got from you all, I have finally finished putting together my system.
To check whether it is stable I have used memtest, everest, pcmark04 (free ver), super pi and tonight will run prime.

Athlon 64 X2 4200+, 2x512MB Corsair, nForce4 chipset, ATI X800GTO graphics card, 160GB and 80GB SATA HD, CoolerMaster Centurion 5 case, Rosewill 500W psu.

Till now following are the numbers:
CPU is at 40 deg C
Super Pi [1M] is 40 sec
PCMark04 summary:
System Test Suite
Multithreaded Test 1 / File Compression 6.16 MB/s
Multithreaded Test 1 / File Encryption 68.01 MB/s
Multithreaded Test 2 / File Decompression 54.86 MB/s
Multithreaded Test 2 / Image Processing 26.85 MPixels/s
Multithreaded Test 3 / Virus Scanning 4226.62 MB/s
Multithreaded Test 3 / Grammar Check 5.67 KB/s
File Decryption 68.38 MB/s
Audio Conversion 2925.11 KB/s
Web Page Rendering 5.78 Pages/s
WMV Video Compression 81.56 FPS
DivX Video Compression 79.97 FPS
Physics Calculation and 3D Test failed
Graphics Memory - 64 Lines 170.62 FPS

Why did it not give me a score? And why did the Physics Cal. test fail?

Will run Prime overnight to see if everything is stable.

Memtest ran for about 38 passes without any errors.

Thanks.

I have the X2 drivers intalled from AMD and PCMARK05 will not run for me. There is an encoding initializatiorn error so one test never runs, LOL. I have a 7800GTX with 81.85 dirvers and latest PCMARK05 patch and still same problem. So if you can't get PCMARK05 to run don't worry too much
