System Partition cannot be aligned

I've wiped my 2nd 1 TB 840 EVO twice using diskpart, cleaned it, then reconverted it to GPT

When I create a partition using Disk Management, it seems like it is creating a system partition before the beginning of my C: partition

According to Paragon Alignment tool, that partition is not partitioned and cannot be partitioned:

But according to AS SSD, it doesn't say it isn't partitioned:

a few questions:

1) When I used to create partitions on an HDD, it never created any system partition as that 2nd HDD is NOT a system partition, so why is that 128 MB partition being created? for what purpose?

2) Can I safely delete it or would it mess things up?

3) Should I be concerned since Paragon Alignment Tool is saying it cannot be aligned? I like seeing green stuff... not RED as the image shows

Using MiniTool Partition Wizard Pro, I deleted the MSR partition, then resized the disk and now it's gone and the partition is still properly aligned

Now the alignment of the 2nd disk changed from 132096K to 1024K
