I just put a P4B533-E board into my case, but I'm having trouble with the system panel (power/reset switches, hdd led, power led, speaker). I can't tell which wires are the ground wires (none of them are black), the +5V wires, etc.

If I can turn on the computer without damaging anything if I have the wires backwards, I will just mess with them until they work, but I'm not sure that nothing will be damaged..

The power and reset switches don't matter, just completing a circuit. The power and hdd led's just won't work if backwards.

Yep, just try it one way, if the lamp does not function, reverse the connector for it. (note: on mine, each led wire pair has one wire that matches one wire in the other LED pairs. Black or not, usually this is the common wire.)
