sometimes when i boot up, i get this message at the loading screens right after it checks memory and shows my cpu speed. now right now my system is slight overclocked from 750 to 863, the cpu temp is always under 107 F, and the system is always under 90, now the question is i have gotten this when my system was not being overclocked..what does this mean? i doesnt really affect my system performance, i just have to reboot...whats the deal?

Your system has some instability that the POST decides (rightly or wrongly) is due to overclocking. It may be a memory timing setting or some other similar issue. Experiment with your CMOS settings but make a good written record to fall back on before you start.
