I have a very strange problem.
When I came to my PC this morning (I have it running 24x7, normally) the screen was black and from the speakers came a pulsing sound.
As nothing worked anymore I switched off the power at the ps.
When I turn it back on the power-LED starts blinking, the power button does nothing at all.
After some seconds the fans in the system start to move a bit, but do not rotate, instead they move back and forth rhythmically (this i true for both the chassis and the power supply fan. In the same rhythm I hear the pulsing sound in the speakers again.
Any idea what the problem could be?
I am unsure if it is a mainboard or power supply problem.
