system noise

i have an antec bqe with cool n quiet enabled and its fairly quiet except i can hear one fan...do u guys think is the front intake vantec stealth or the bfg 6800gt oc?

what can i do to quiet it down to make it silent...cuz i think its close

Try turning it on with fans unplugged. Or put your finger on the video card's fan and hold it still for a few seconds to see if it goes away.

You first need to identify which fan is making the noise.
Open the case and temporarily (two seconds) stop one fan by holding the center of the rotating part. Do that to all the fans untill you find out which one is the one with the most noise.
Then, you can work on possibly reducing its noise by reducing its RPM, replacing it with a larger (lower RPM) fan, replacing the whole cooler to one with a quieter fan, etc.

From what I have read, which may not be accurate, but it is probably the 6800 GT.
