If i were at work and did remote desktop for my home computer could u see what i'm doing and hack my computer?

I don't think it is an easy "hack" to do...but they could probably hack you if desired. It's probably not something you would have to worry about, generlly.

RDC has built in encryption, so it'd be a pain ITB.

However, if it was VNC (which I hate BTW), it'd be extremely easy.

SSH tunneling FTW :D BTW OP they're just gonna lock your workstation down and/or fire you so I hope whatever you are doing is worth it.

SSH tunneling isn't going to help you at all if the admin decides to commandeer your local session while you're connected.

Many organizations have desktop control/interactivity interfaces integrated into them... I can think of quite a few apps that would take care of that, and I can think of few companies that do not use something along those lines. I'm sure that there are thousands of companies that do not, but <shrug>. I wouldn't risk it, if it were anything that the employer specifically prohibits or is otherwise disallowed or generally "not ok".
