System Locks up

I just received me Antec 3700BQE and put my system into it.

P4 2.5 @ 2.8
512mb @ DDR 400
Asus P4B533-E

I swapped out the stock PSU with an Antec True430. I attached the Stock 120mm fan at the rear as exhaust, and have an Alpha 8942 with a L1A HSF.

After about 9 minutes of Prime95, my comp locks up. Temps are about 57/36 when it freezes. I tried swapping the L1A for a M1A, and the temps dropped to about 53/36, but it still locks up.

PC Probe reports that my voltages are:
12V = 12.032
5V = 4.999
3.3V = 3.28
VCore = 1.45 under load.

I thought the VCore looked a little low, so I upped it to 1.525 in BIOS, but it still locks up. So I decided it might be the very sligh overclock, so I backed everything down to default, but it still locks up at stock speeds.

Anything else I could try?

EDIT: Oh yeah, Idle temps are 39/34.

Might be temperature realated. I bought a SLK3700-BQE recently and I think it's a really nice case, but it runs much hotter than my previous case. After I put my system in it and replaced the PSU with an Antec True Power 480 I noticed the temps shot way up and my overclock suffered.

I finally just put my overclocked XP2600-M system into my old Antec SX1030 SOHO case. That Antec SOHO case with 4 80mm Panaflo L1A fans cools great. My case temps under load are 26C-27C and the case idles at room temperature(~24C). The Antec SOHO case is not modded at all, no extra fans, solid side panel. I figured the 2 120mm fans in the BQE would cool well with less noise. That is not quite the case.

The BQE works great for my non overclocked Barton 2500 system. The case temp runs at about 32C under load. I like the features, layout, and look of the BQE but it runs a little hot.

I removed the case door and put a small 6" desk fan on the system and let it run Prime95. It ran stable for about 30 mins, then I shut the case up and turned off the fan. I was expecting a crash from the heat, but for some reason, it's still going over 3 hours later. I would have guessed that it would have crashed by now, but it hasn't. I'm guessing my instability stems from my motherboard.

I have the same case. Did you add a 120mm in the front?

I put my Delta 120MM 45db/89cf in the front on a thermaltake Slot controller (h/m/l). On low you can't hear it over the stock powersupply. This cools my 4 120mm hard drives just fine. The stock 120mm is the rear out take fan.
