system keeps shutting down, need ideas

I have an old Pentium 4 desktop that I use as my Windows Home Serve and it keeps shutting down. I can power it on and sometimes it will run 30 seconds, other times a minute or two. I was able to log on to remote desktop and here are some error logs I was able to see

I just pulled the heatsink and there was an area without any thermal paste. I evenly smeared it over the heat sink and cpu and put it back on. It has booted up, hopefully that was the issue
