I'm running on an 1800xp w/ epox 8kha+ mobo with 768mb of 2100 ddr ram (512 stick is basic mushkin, 256 is crucial), i have two hard drives(120gb,40gb), a burner, and a floppy...i'm running on a 410w allied psu...
And just recently(about 5 min ago from this post) my system just experienced its first ever blue screen of death, and the screen said something about a "memory dump"(and i have no clue what i means).

do you guys think it's my ram or something? I'm pretty sure i have more than enough power......any input would be nice thanks.

No, it's not too much memory -- is there any such thing???

A memory dump is the computer dumping all info in its memory at that point in time -- this can provide clues as to the problem that caused the bsod. I know it just looks like junk, but to the trained eye, there are clues.

Most likely, it's a driver or hardware conflict. Have you recently installed something new, either h/w or s/w? What were you doing at the time of the crash? What's your os? These are all clues that will be needed to help find your problem.

Good Luck
