System keeps rebooting after post!

I have a brand new computer that I just built:

athlon 64 4000+
enermax liberty 620W
2 gigs crucial ballistix
Sapphire pure advantage crossfire mobo
x1800xt

for some reason when it goes to load windows it reboots. Not sure what's causing it...any suggestions?

I was thinking about bumping up the ram voltage....???

bumping up the ram voltage did nothing....I'll try resetting cmos

when you say load, do you mean you trying to do a fresh install? If you are using an existing Operating system from an old motherboard, it will behave exactly like what you're describing

I have a new problem.....Well, I cleared cmos and now the thing won't post. I did a fresh install on the hard drive....

I misplaced the jumper 😱....I can get into the bios, but it still reboots....I'll try setting the cdrom to master and do a fresh install of xp.
