System instability while running 3DMark 2001

I have an Asus A7M266 and a ATI Radeon 64mb VIVO. When I try to run 3DMark 2001 to test system stability, I get a BSOD in win2k. Otherwise the system is very stable and rarely crashes. Is anyone else having this problem or might there be something wrong with my graphics card ? I ran Prime95 for 12hrs+ with no problems.
