so I have this computer that gives me a bsod when entering windows...the user said it just happened...they restarted and it just started happening...I'm able to get into safe mode so I did msconfig and selected selective startup...everything is checked but system.ini and it boots fine...but when I boot with system.ini checked it gives a bsod...the error code it gives me is:
0D:11A7:00000316

unsuprisingly the knowledge base is of no help...so I looked at the system.ini file...here's it's contents:
