System Information question

I was just wondering if Windows system information is suppose to show the true CPU speed. I have a Duron with a default multiplier of 7x at 8.5x and FSB at 105mhz = 900Mhz and it runs beautifully. But Windows system information only says 735, which is the default multiplier of 7x X 105. Is it suppose to do that? Or did i do something wrong? I used the HB pencil method to unlock the CPU. Also, i left the voltage at 1.6. Advice on if i should make this a little higher to improve stability/performance?
Thanks for the replies.
