In System Information/Hardware Resources under Problem Devices i have this listed:

Device: NT APM/Legacy Interface Node
PNP Device ID: ROOT/NTAPM/0000
Error Code: This device is disabled

Probably nothing but i'm just wondering if anyone knows what it is 🙂

Thanks for any info....

I just reformatted and decided to try Standard PC instead of ACPI. Everything seems fine, not sure if this is even an issue, could be tho i guess.

Is that what this error is referring to? Something about ACPI?

Usin WinXP also 🙂

Yes....it's an ACPI vs APM thing.

I've been up all night writing a FAQ about this, so you'll see something up about it soon.

if all your components are acpi and pci 2.1 compliant then you really should be using ACPI... it is better than manually doing it all.

Ok, thx for the info everyone. Don't screw with things that aren't broken!! If i only listened!! Guess i'll be Reformattin this week, i can't handle that error bein there 🙂

Thanks, Will look for the FAQ 🙂
