Looks pretty good but I'd consider A Radeon LE or a geforce gts instead of the Kyro.
Also it looks like you have room to spend a little more on your cpu.

leaves about $70.00 extra to upgrade cpu to a 1gig Tbird or better

Depends on what there using it for(gaming,surfing business,etc...)
I'd spend the extra money on better video & faster cpu,the rest looks fine

i agree with Toro 45... that video card will be holding back your performance...i would consider the radeon le becuz you will get much better performance and its only around 80 bux...also, the board you are looking at is a ddr board, but you have specified pc133 sdram...this wont work...consider getting some curcial ddr ram for this board

You have a major compatibility problem there. You have a DDR mobo and PC133 RAM. Those are not going to jive at all. The RAM won't even fit in that mobo.

Yup, get PC2100 from Crucial and Radeon LE from Newegg. BIG difference.
