System i build wont accept the Radeon Drivers & Keeps restarting?! PLEASE HELP!

Ok, heres the specs

EPOX 8KHA
Athlon XP 1600+
Radeon 32 VE DDR
256 DDR
80 GB Maxtor
runnin Windows XP

After using the computer for a few minutes, it keeps saying "System recovered from a serious error" and occationally says its the Radeon Drivers im currently using. Whenever i try and update the ATI Radeon drivers, it says its not Compatable with my video card. Ive also tried reinstalling the 4+1 drivers, but nothing on it ever comes up for AGP, always just the Bus Master and USB ones. Anyone have any ideaS??

the same thing happened to a friend of mine as ati has two sets of drivers for the radeon ve and radeon ve ddr make sure you get the newest right one or you will continue to get the crashes and it wont find the card.

this WAS fixed by the right driver and a word of advice reinstall xp after you have found the right driver
