Set your BIOS to the Safe settings default. Exactly what is the hardware error message? anything will be helpful especially the stop error messages (ie: STOP 0x00000001e or something like that)

all it says is "hardware malfunction, contact hardware manufacturer" and it doesn't give an error message or anything else... happened to me last night while gaming online...first time other than startup thats happened.........will check bios safe mode, think thats where it's set at.... also turned off the "Halt On" in cmos and still happening.........friend built exact same system and he's not having this problem... noticed last night that the sound while gaming would be good and then you could barely make out what was being said like the bass was way up.....thanks....

I got that message a couple of days ago when I was playing Triple Play. After I got that message, all the colors on my monitor turned ugly, so I was guessing it was a problem with the video card. Try lowering the video settings on the game and see if you continue to get the message. Hope this helps.
