system hangs whit temp monitor tool

I put a couple of temp sensors on my maximus ii and it went fine for 15 minutes and everest showed temps on them but then, all of a sudden, comp hanged, so i removed them but that didn't solved my problem cause now any temp monitoring tool like everest, msi afterburner, speedfan etc. hangs my system ..it just freezes or gives a grey screen ..any ideas?
