System hangs when coming back from Standy mode

This doesn't happen every single time, but maybe ever 4 or 5 times I put the computer to "sleep". The system will hang, right before the Login screen is supposed to re-appear.

BTW, I've done a fresh reinstall last month, and it's still happening. Any clue as to what may be causing this problem?
