System Frezzing problem

I ran then Ntune and clicked on stability test for 10min and the first minute my comp freezed up for about 1-2 min came back and I stooped it right away. If I run prim 95 its fine. just this nvida stress test thing

Edit:I narrowed it down to when It test the cpu it locks up on me. Why.....

If you read about NTune... it tells you that it will do that to your computer..... part of the voodoo that it does ...
