System freezing during 3dmark2005 bench marks

System has:

MSI RS4802M motherboard
MSI 6800GT video card
400W PSU generic
1GB memory generic
3200+ AMD 64

Basically any time I run 3dmark2005 it will freeze. I tried just using the onboard video and while doing this whent he tests first start it gets like 1-2 fps. Is this normal for this type of onboard graphics?

When I say it freezes, I mean the screen just goes blank and everything else is still functioning.
 
I had some freezing with my X700 Pro just using Serious Sam 2 demo. Anyway, I kind of suspect temperatures. Did you use Everest Home Edition to look at GPU temps?
