Hi,

I have a big problem. When I play a game (it doesn't matter what game) for instance World of Warcraft my system freezes after 2 minutes of playing. My display screen goes to standby. And my computer just freezes. I've checked inside the computer and everything was running properly. Also I checked the motherboard information when I booted my PC. FAN speed and voltage levels where all correct there where no problems there. Only thing I can think of is my graphics card which is a XFX Geforce 6600 GT AGP.

Can anyone give me some advice on how to continue. Because I'm completely stuck and out of options.

My PC:

Windows XP Pro SP2
1 GB RAM
XFX Geforce 6600 GT
160 GB HD space
DirectX fully updated.

Thank you.

I don't play warcraft, but that card should play it. It might be choppy or slow with high settings, but it should play it. A freeze sounds like drivers. Make sure you have the most up to date.

Also, is this a recent occurance? Have you been able to play it before, or did you just get the game?
