Today i was looking around at newegg.com and i saw a lot of those Blow out saving things and my dad needs a new comp. So this is what i came up with:

ECS K7S5A SiS® 735 SOCKET A MOTHERBOARD - RETAIL = 52.99
AMD Athlon 1600+/266 FSB XP PROCESSOR CPU - OEM = 54.99
MAXTOP CSX-147K2F-GF-USB-GRAY **Cool Case** = 32.99
KINGSTON VALUERAM 128MB PC133 SDRAM - OEM = 24.00

164.97

ofcourse i will give him my old motherboard and take this one and the cpu :) . Also do i have to format my hard drive if i would switch my current cpu and mobo with this new setup? My current system is a BIOSTAR m7vkd and 1.10 T-Bird Ghz.

Ewh gross... ECS? Are you serious? At least get a Gigabyte board. I recommend ASUS and MSI. As long as that case has proper ventilation, everything else looks 'ok'. I would look into Inwin and Antec cases and Crucial RAM though. You'll get twice the quality for not a whole lot more.
