Either your fans are "dying" (i.e. getting worn spindles or being clogged up with dust bunnies), or your PSU is not delivering enough power... Or both.

To remedy the situation, first clean out and lube your fans. Then check your PSU's power output with something like Motherboard Monitor.

HTH.

If you don't follow instructions correctly, don't expect it to work correctly. Set it up right.

2 wires not enough juice for 3 fans, they already run on such thin wires wich such little current and voltage, splitting that will obviously result in "needing to kickstart"....

Reverse the polarity (swap the wires for each LED) and they should light up.
