System crash while playing Open GL games

My system hangs up or the screen blacks out, when I play Opengl Games, espeically SOF, Serious Sam and Oni.

What could be the problem. Using Geforce2 with 6.49 detonator drivers. Agp 1x right now. Please help. thanks 🙂
