System Commander 2000 and Windows 2000 ???

I want to get get rid of windows 98 and have just Windows 2000 and Linux as my dual boot options. Unfornately system commander 2000 requires that it be installed on a OS that allows it access to the hard drive and Windows 2000 doesn't.

It says that it requires 95,98 or DOS, so I was wondering if I can just download one of the FREE DOS systems and install system commander onto it. Then I would use System Commander to install Windows 2000 and Linux thereby eliminating windows 98.

Anybody try this with System Commander 2000 ????
