System Center Endpoint Protection manual removal?

So I have one Win7 pc that is not uninstalling System Center Endpoint Protection 2012 for some reason. It keeps freezing. I ran a system restore after the borked uninstall, but that also didn't fix the issue and it still did not uninstall.

Does anyone know of a good way to manually uninstall? I haven't found one yet...
